What warranty do refurbished products have?

  • Standard 12-month warranty for servers, components, and IT equipment, extendable according to customer needs.

  • Lifetime warranty for networking equipment from Cisco, Arista, Juniper, and Arpers transceivers.

  • 6-month warranty for batteries and power supplies.

  • IP Phones: 12 months.


👤 B2C Customers (individuals / end users)

  • All new products come with a 2-year legal warranty, in accordance with European regulations.

  • Refurbished products come with a minimum 1-year warranty, unless otherwise specified in the quotation.

  • Batteries and power supplies come with a 6-month warranty.

  • This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or electrical overloads.

What does “refurbished” mean? Are these used products?

A refurbished product (REF) is equipment that has been previously used but has been inspected, tested, and certified by our technical team to ensure optimal performance.

Unlike a simply used product, a refurbished one goes through a complete process of inspection, cleaning, repair (if necessary), and quality testing. It may show minor cosmetic signs of use, but these do not affect performance.

Can I return a product if I’m not satisfied?

Yes, you can return a product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, whether you are a private customer or a company, subject to certain specific conditions:

  • You will only have to cover the return shipping costs, if applicable.
