We always look for the best solution for you: we will repair or replace your product. If stock is available, we will replace it with one with the same performance or, if this is not possible, with one of superior performance. If we are unable to repair or replace it, we will refund the amount you paid. In addition, we can send you the replacement product so that you can install it before sending us the original.

This warranty covers
Cisco and Juniper products refurbished by MercadoIT (except servers), and Arpers products.
Cisco and Juniper products refurbished by MerdatoIT (except servers), and Arpers products that were not working when they arrived at your premises.
Cisco and Juniper products refurbished by Mercado IT (except servers), and Arpers products that do not work according to the manufacturer’s specifications and after proper use.
This warranty does not cover
NIB (new), NOB (new open box) or Wholesale (Cisco) products sold by MercadoIT
Misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, lack of maintenance, environmental factors, misconfiguration, floods, fire and other disasters, physical damage or electrical issues such as lightning, power surges or incorrect voltages or improper modifications.
Batteries, phones, software, licenses, other services (unless otherwise stated).
Warranty conditions

On all Cisco and Juniper equipment refurbished by MercadoIT and purchased by end customers as of March 2016. In addition to all Arpers products.

Only for end customers, this warranty is not valid for resellers.

Valid only for the company that made the purchase.

The lifetime warranty is defined as ten years from the date of purchase indicated on the invoice and is applicable only to Cisco, Juniper and new Arpers refurbished products.

All returns are carried out following the procedure by replacement or exchange number (RMA).

The customer must return the product, freight prepaid, within 10 days of receiving the return number.

The cost of transportation with the repaired or replacement equipment will be paid by Mercado IT.

It is the customer’s responsibility to pack the product correctly to avoid incidents during transport.

MercadoIT is not responsible for any incidents that may occur during transportation to its facilities.

It is MercadoIT’s decision to pay, repair or replace the product.

MercadoIT’s technical service will try to solve the problem over the phone, otherwise they will start the procedure for the change.

MercadoIT reserves the right to replace defective equipment with another of the same model or a higher model with similar functionality.

MercadoIT sends the replacement product before removing the other one (When SLA, NBD, 4 hour or InSitu replacement maintenance is contracted).

For Cisco and Juniper products refurbished by MercadoIT, acquired outside the reseller channel.

MercadoIT guarantees that the equipment is free of defects provided it is used correctly and according to the manufacturer’s specifications.

MercadoIT covers the return shipping costs to the customer for all customers in Spain and Continental Europe.

The customer pays the cost of shipping the defective product to MercadoIT’s facilities.

Not applicable to new Cisco and Juniper equipment (NIB and NOB), nor purchased for resale.

Products that were used to replace equipment not purchased from MercadoIT, but which MercadoIT provided SLA replacement service, are not covered by this warranty.

MercadoIT is not responsible for situations associated with the breakdown such as possible damages, loss of intellectual property or goods, loss of benefits/revenues or loss of use.
Terms and Limits of Liability and Warranty
Except as set forth above, or as agreed by MercadoIT in the contract, MercadoIT disclaims all liability, express or implied, statutory or otherwise with respect to the equipment, including, but not limited to, implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for particular purposes, suitability or non-infringement.
The remedy of repair, replacement or refund as determined in the contract, shall be the exclusive remedy of the purchaser with respect to any claim based on the equipment. In no event shall MercadoIT be liable for any special, incidental, contingent, punitive or consequential damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, damages or loss of other property such as loss of intellectual property, profits, revenue or loss of use.
The lifetime warranty set forth above terminates at the time of sale or transfer of the equipment by the purchaser to a third party.
